Folks,

Anyway, for myself, I have one more week here in Franceland. This morning all the students boarded a bus to take an eight hour trip to the ocean. They will be performing their end of the year show in a real circus tent just like the big kids. The administration decided I wasn't needed for that part so I stay here with no students. I have a lot of time to pack and get organized. Maybe I can get some practice in.

It turns out that diabolos were very popular at the start of the century and I have begun collecting antique diabolo post cards. Now have over 100 different cards. Maybe I can find a publisher at the juggling convention in Los Angeles. Along with the post cards, I have been going to libraries to find out what was written about them. Having a great time trying to figure out what I'm reading. With no students around should be able to make some day trips into Paris to go to the national library.

Last Friday we combined Korean barbecue with crêpes, not bad. Don't have a new address yet; next you hear from me I hope to be in Santa Barbara.

à toute à l'heure,
